A. A reputable tennis shoe with good support (leather) is always good. If you do use an orthotic (whether custom- made or store-bought), be sure to take the inlay that comes with the shoe out first.

Q. my bf is going to a trendy sort of a night club for his birthday in march, but he stands all night cause he mad about this dj, so i really cannot be bothered with sore feet.
now keep in mind im a 14 so i cant wear skinny jeans or backless tops or anything like that. but i want to wear summit trendy with a flat pair of shoes, any ideas?

A. You could wear dark boot cut jeans and an oversized top w/ a belt around the waist
