Q. I work at a ymca Nebraska and was wondering if they can legally do this as it cause much pain to the feet and the back and im only 16 and im really healthy where would i look this up to find out
A. Hmm...It is a health and fitness center and they want you moving around looking active not sitting on your bum. Try wearing better shoes, not trendy ones. If you are already wearing tennis shoes get a good pair and expensive name brand doesn't necessarily equate to "good".
Also, stop complaining. There are lots of jobs that require standing:
Teacher, cashier, stylist, doctor/surgeon, stocker, etc.
