Outcast because of large feet!?

Q. I have extremely large feet, size 17 guys, and I'm only 5'11 meaning I look like a hobbit. I feel somewhat of an oucast as I can never show off trendy shoes(I always have to wear my size 18 nike sandals), and silly things like going to a bowling alley or the pool become embarrasing. There's also no one like me with such oversized feet so few really know how hard it can be.

Is there anyone here that has overzised feet and agrees with this?
My friends don't judge me by them at all I just feel they are always in the way of things at times

A. You're likely your own biggest critic. I can't imagine anyone ostracizing you because of the size of your feet, if they did then they would not be someone worth knowing to begin with. Try to think of it as something uniquely positive about you, rather than seeing it as something that sets you apart in a negative way.

It's what's inside that counts!

A. I could see your predicament. But then think of it this way, Which would you rather have, your own set of feet or none at all ? In my life when i feel bad about something,i always remind myself of this words... I was sorry i had no shoes until I met someone who had no feet. Cheer up.The essence of being human is that one does not seek perfection.
